Be aware that water2wyne may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
You can return any unused items within 100 days of purchase using our fast and simple process. Just visit our Contact Us to submit your return request and we will send you a prepaid shipping label ASAP. Shipping costs are $9.95 Additional returns are subject to a shipping and handling cost of $9.95 also.
We know how important it is to process prompt and reliable refunds. Combining return shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time it could take up to 7-21 days to have your refund issued. Store credit returns will be applied to your account as soon as your return is received and inspected at our warehouses. We will send an email notification to let you know as soon as it’s completed.

We ship from all over the country! When you place your order, we will send it to the nearest warehouse with inventory available. Often your orders will be shipped in multiple packages to get everything to you as quickly as we can.
